Finally got around to trying their food after living 3 blocks away for 6 years. And I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner. Love the 1/2 pound hamburger. Fries are always cooked perfectly. And the staff is great. They might be a little slow when it's busy, but still worth it. Prices are very reasonable as well. Will make a habit of stopping in more often.

Just because it's local doesn't mean it's good. While the quality of the food is passable, the wait times often exceed 10 minutes even when I'm the only customer there. On multiple occasions the teenage wait staff hasn't given me my change or a food item that I've ordered, and this continues to happen. You're better off driving 30 seconds down the road to Culvers, where the staff actually seems happy to serve you and the service is phenomenal.

Love this place. It's always clean and the staff is great. They're always so patient as everyone is looking over the menu as they order. Fast service and amazing food.

We had a very long wait for a bacon cheeseburger that was so burnt I sent it back. Fried mushrooms full of oil but not toasted or crispy. Driving this far from Chicago to end up not eating is super disappointing and I'm STARVING!
